I grew up in the small town of Aylmer, with big dreams of becoming a doctor. After completing a 4 year Bachelor degree in Health Sciences at Western University, I learned about Naturopathic Medicine and knew it was the right fit for me. I went on to attend the Canadian College of Naturopathic Medicine (CCNM) in Toronto and completed another 4 year degree, including a year long internship at the Robert Schad Naturopathic Clinic.

My goal as an ND is to always listen first, and work together to provide you the skills, knowledge, and evidence to make the health choices that work best for you. I use clinical diagnosis and laboratory testing to determine your complete health history in order to address all factors contributing to illness. In treatment, I use a combination of acupuncture, herbs, supplements, as well as lifestyle and dietary counseling to help you along the path to health. I maintain a general practice, with a focus on digestive issues, endocrine, and hormonal concerns like PMS, menopause, endometriosis, as well as skin conditions, and chronic pain management. I look forward to working together with the London, Ontario community on your health goals!
